I find this app very helpful in managing my appointments and keeping track of my important healthcare information. As a senior with several specialists at many different locations this is extremely important to me and I highly recommend it.

Cancelled appt for $100 deposit we know nothing about. If you don’t use their mychart your not going to get any customer service. They give your appt away without a call and can’t even leave a message only on mychart will they notify you they're cancelling your appt for not paying a deposit a month before your appt. Then they say they spoke to the person the appt is for who is so sick and they can’t relay the message needing to pay a deposit because they don’t know what’s going on.

I went to the Er 12/3 I think. The nurses were really nice people.

App is easy to use and intuitive.

Request was made on the 18th now the 22 no note no refills. Not sure why?

Based on my experience, I am very pleased and find it to be very helpful. I can schedule my appointments, review my test results and helps in coordination of my medication and test results with all my doctors and also I can communicate with my physicians for queries and receive and read their answers. In conclusion, it is a very useful tool and easily accessible.

The new format for results is very difficult to navigate. I liked the old format much better.

I am no longer receiving info on my lab tests and on my appointments! I have appointments pending and I have lab work that is not showing up! Please explain why I have lost both of those features and how soon will I be receiving that information back on my chart! Please advise asap! Thank you, Bill Greene

I currently rely on 2 MyChart systems. Both are equally easy to maneuver. Doctors and Staff who monitor them regularly can promptly provide a vital link with Patients. I’ve found responses well within 24 hrs +/-. Using MC for new and renewed Scripts is equally important and easy. Having a “paper trail” / a History of all messages and requests is no less important - I wonder if Patients who are not now using MC to the fullest, would Avail themselves of an opportunity for small group instruction, whether in person or in virtual session. MC / IT Staff could be supported by knowledgable Volunteers in the effort.

Easy to use I have never had an issue with use of the app!
