I’m having issues with my plug and I sent a message through the app but nobody seems to care to respond. I sent a message last month and they never replied. What kind of customer service is this? I’m having an issue with it again.

It doesn’t recognize the device after I choose the network and just searches and keeps loading so I’m not connected hassle

Keeps telling me to login in I’m already logged in. It does not list any of my devices under my home. Period. How do I get to my devices? easy to connect worth the investment.

I go when I buy two Ohm plugs. Try to save on electricity by participating in this program. And since I have moved, I have only had one time that I recall participate in in saving earning points. I don’t know what’s going on but I’m very disappointed.

The plug randomly turns off potentially wasting my food in the refrigerator

Wish I could integrate in to my Apple Home.

This app cannot turn off the smart plug of Oittm, It can turn on the smart plug and can turn on/off using schedule, but cannot turn off the smart plug manually. And didn't show the "on" status in the app. It worked well in the past, seems a bug...

They are switching off my refrigerator unnecessarily for hours without any turn off notifications. No justification on the app why it was turned off at odd hours. Worst app, finally decided to quit it by pulling out the plug. I don’t want to waste my food and un notified power over my appliances.

Worked for about a month, when it was on a schedule, now it drops off the network everyday, so when I want to use it, I have to physically walk over and unplug it, then plug it back in, then it will just turn on, even though the app says off…. Just really defeats the purpose of having a “smart plug” if you have to physically walk over and unplug it, then plug it back in in order for it to work

Everytime I use the app, the device disconnects after I’m done using it, then, the next time I want to turn the plug on, I have to walk over unplug the device, plug it back in… keeps saying disconnected…. Every. Single. Time.
