Does not have credit card payment option
This got to be the stupidest option available in the App is the payment using credit card. The option is available but does not work and does not tell that it does not work till the completely finish the transaction with failure. Please either remove the option, or fix allowing the customer to pay using credit card or give notice that it does not work.
Delete the accounts
The app is great. However, I noticed that it does not have the option of deleting such an account. It has the add account option. If a person moved sold his own house, he needs to delete all the accounts from the app.
Entertainment section
Prices are overpriced while other websites offers less prices (PSN 12 month uk for 29RO while it is 23RO on different portals) its a competition out there you cant skyrocket your prices
Stupid app
Every time I try to pay and choose debit card the payment fails and show an error because I Selected incorrect card type ! 😡

لا يمكنني الاطلاع على فواتير الكهرباء لشركة مزون، فواتيرهم ما ترضى تتحمل في البرنامج، هل ممكن تحلوا لنا هذه المشكلة، نريد نعرف كيف يتم احتساب الفواتير لديهم، كل مرة أجد زيادة على سعر الفاتورة في البرنامج، وما أعرف كيف تم احتسابها.
The App not working after the Update
Please sort out the app ,,,, right now the water and Electricity did not appear and it keep searching without appearing the amount . The Msg appear like this (( something went wrong ))
