This is the 3rd time I tried to use this app. First time, I believe it showed one shop is available around sw2 (London) but then there was hardly any products. Second time, there were no shops available in sw2 nor sw9 (Brixton, London) which is generally a prime location for Afro-Caribbean food. There was also an influencer who promoted the company and lived within a similar vicinity so it’s either they were just gifted the items to increase sales without actually having stores customers can purchase from. There should be an option on the app which generally states the locations they service or the amount of stores in each area (and update as necessary) rather than customers wasting their time checking constantly just to see if a new store is now available to purchase from nearby. Also the contact us “query” option on the app isn’t working and the WhatsApp number on the site associated to the business isn’t working either. I feel like it’s got great potential and may work for some/few but the points above make it frustrating to want to patronise and support this small business.

I moved out of London 3 years ago and miss the dishes I grew up eating. I just received my first box of Caribbean groceries today, it was like Xmas had come early. The customer service is number one! Great produce and fantastic pricing🎉

It was my first time making an order and didn’t know what to expect. It arrived so quickly and with everything I expected. I can tell there was a lot of care put in my order, from the delivery driver, the packaging, from even the ripeness of the plantain. Great new business, Love it!
