I was wondering how to change the ES20 light

The app is really bad. You have no way to adjust The drive modes and it doesn’t even tell you what the drive modes are. Honestly thinking abt returning the scooter because of how bad this app is. I honestly think I’m going to return my scooter because of how bad the app is.

this app was a little buggy before, but I very much dislike how they removed the custom color effects for each different drive mode. there used to be an option to edit the way it looked when you were accelerating, stationary, and charging. now it only adjusts for when it’s on or charging, but with lesser effect options. I know I’m not the only one who specifically bought one of their scooters because of the unique color settings that were available. are their any other brands that have more options?

I don’t understand I just got my scooter and February February. It’s been working really well until like three days ago. It just shut off. I can’t get it started the app. I can’t even get on my phone to help me so has anyone ever had a problem like this if so, can you please let me know what I should dobecause it’s not a year old I don’t understand it was working fine. I can’t even start this thing.

Overall the scooter it self is great.. though it could use a brighter head light. The low point is not the scooter but the app it self. While the app has potential the fact that I can only get it to connect to the scooter 30% of the time should say it all. If you lose the activation card and the scooter is locked you are pretty much screwed. This out of everything needs to be fixed the most.

Cannot access the settings on my Neon. Scooter is stuck in current mode and cannot adjust any of the customizations.

Logged me out and when I logged back in, all my scooters and bikes were bound, but not to me. WTH! I can’t access any app features because I’m locked out of my own vehicles. HELP!

For some reason every time I go on the E speed my light turns on and off very strange and for some reason it’s not charging all the way Plus what if someone steals my scooter I want to know the location of where my scooter is

I have an OKAI neon pro and have been using this app for a week now and it’s super user friendly easy to setup scooter with and super smooth ui. I have seen so many bad reviews but idk why I haven’t had a single issue yet and couldn’t be happier … your scooter is amazing btw.
