Several functions fail to work

Love this company’s products. One suggestion is, that it’ll be great if you can show the time log a particular switch was on for. For example, its important to see how long & from what time to what time geyser in the house was turned on for.

Customer service is excellent but app is slow and opens other devices when tapped some other device mostly which is annoying. Everything else runs smooth.. But thanks a lot for excellent 5 Star Customer service every time!!!

Unable to pair my old devices

Recently I have been using smart switch which can be used to turn on or off device from anywhere and any network but recently the device can only be turn on or off from connected network only. Kindly resolve the issue.

I bought okasha smart bulb and facing brightness issue. When I use white light its totally fine but when i change it to any colour brightness decreases immediately even though slider is at max

I am using your application with smart universal IR but getting delay when tap to run task is pressed . Over all I like the device application could do better
