Horrible service and no/slow response
I used this service for cleaning. For the first few times were okay. For the third time, the staff destroyed the bathtub surface which required painting. They sent a person but he did a poor job so I redid it out of my pocket. That staff also broke my vacuum cleaner. Last time when I ordered service, the staff didn’t show up and the customer service responded very slowly. So after one hour, I managed to reschedule. I could’ve used that time to clean my house by myself. When the air conditioner cleaning service, they didn’t inform anything about permit, then around the service time, they asked about it and I found out that Sunday they can’t work at the apartment. They charged rescheduling fee insisting they informed me via their App. But I didn’t see any message whatsoever via app. They don’t even respond via their App. They only do via WhatsApp but very slowly. Really don’t recommend this company at all.
