Horrible shopping experience / damaged product delivered

I received the order damaged as per the attached photo, tried to find a customer service number with no success, went to the shop at garden 8 to exchange it. And this was definitely the worst part of my very bad shopping experience. The sales person at the shop was impolite and unhelpful, to say the least.
