This app is literally 10x harder to use than their actual website. Avoid it!

I’ve used this app for several years without a problem suddenly something changed …. My login & pin are no longer recognized. At first it took a long time to except my info & I would play around before my info was excepted, now it’s a hot mess! I assume no one is updating the app!

This app needs to be fixed, because I can’t make my payment on here. I’m getting real frustrated.

I just tried to log into my account on the mobile app and it’s telling me wrong username or password. Seconds later I used that same username and password to log in via desktop. This app is garbage

Unable to view statement without enrolling in email statements. I want a paper statement and be able to view statement in mobile app.

The app fails on so many levels. The UI is horrible and many functions do not work. It seems that ONG does not invest in testing before deploying new technologies.

This isn’t saving my password. I have to “ change” it every time. Please update the software. Make it work as it should.

Face ID or some kind of option to stay logged on would be nice.

I’ve found if you’re wanting to make a payment closer to your due date, the calendar will not set for that. It’s functional if you’re paying within a day or two. Meaning if your pay one isn’t due for 2 weeks, you cannot set the calendar for that.

Loved the ease of paying my bill but for the last 2 months the app will not open causing me to go past due - going to uninstall and reinstall / hope this helps
