Testing issues with each version upgrade are a problem. Can not even log in anymore to manage tickets

You can find the games in “all sports”, but it doesn’t actually exist as its own category in the schedule. Also the app runs like trash.

It’s embarrassing that a University that prides itself on excellence can’t find programmers to create a decent app that works on all major platforms. For the last two years I have been unable to watch videos on my iPad. I keep trying from time to time thinking that surely an update will come out that is functional, and I have reinstalled the app numerous times to no avail. Shame on whoever is responsible for not fixing this issue.

Garbage. Doesn’t work. Have to use the webpage to get anything.

simply doesn’t work much of the time, called OU and they can’t figure it out either.

The app doesn’t open & neither does “Contact Us”.

This app is terrible. It never lets me get to my tickets unless I delete it and then reinstall it. Even then it takes a couple of times to even see my tickets.

Ever since I upgraded my iPhone from the 12 to the 14, the app hasn’t worked. I had already updated my IOS on my iPhone 12 to 16.0 IOS and the app was working fine, but since everything was transferred to my 14, the app has bricked. Very upset because it is impossible to get to my season tickets.

My stepdad almost bought a new iPad because this app works on his iphone and computer but not on his ipad. I spent hours troubleshooting this to find the following: This has been a known issue for over a year and they haven’t fixed it, yet they are happy to charge people for the premium content. Fix this. Its inexcusable. Also, their video content does not work in Safari on the iPad either. You can use Chrome, but really people??!!

The number of logins you have to do is crazy, especially if you’re trying to list on StubHub. Passwords don’t work even though they are the correct ones. This app has gaslighted me in a myriad of ways.
