Bought OkLok through Walmart site , shipped through Redin the Dragon the Chinese company on California . Had the lock 37 days used about 10 times and it completely STOPPED working . Contacted Red Dragon did get reply , they only warranty the lock only ( 30 ) and will not replace or return the money . Who only warranty an item 30 days and since went through the Walmart site they can’t do anything . Lock is garbage check other reviews seems to be an issue with their locks . I would NOT do business with a company like this ever again . They don’t even deserve a one star and Apple should remove from their App Store .

I read the instruction booklet in the manual, and it works great for me.

If registering for the first time: 1) type your email address in the username field 2) press the get code button. 3) check email and get the code 4) return to the app and input the code 5) type in a password you choose 6) press register I find the English in this app amusing but it works once you figure it out. I speak Chinese and it doesn't help with the functionality :)

Will not let me register in App to use the lock. Lock is a paperweight

Had the old lock and it stopped working. The old app is gone so I had to download this. Won’t let me register and wants me to buy a new lock. Garbage. NEVER but from this company.

Why would Apple allow this garbage on the App Store?

Had the old oklok and the actual lock. The old app won’t work the new app doesn’t let me register keeps saying fail fail. When I fill in everything it says tips fail confirm. I’m not buying another lock just to make it work. My first lock worked just fine.

In order for you to register, you need to input your email, password, and nickname then click “get code”. It’ll say 60 secs until you can get a new code. Check your email and input the code in the designated spot. This lock is amazing and I haven’t had any problems with it so far! GOODLUCK.

It does look weird with the English translations but it does work. When creating account. Just input your email, password, and nickname first then you should be able to “get code”. After that, make sure you have the QR scan from the box it came with it so you can scan it to pair up with your Bluetooth. Once that is done then you can unlock from your app and start inputting your fingerprint. Hopefully this helps people.
