This place is a rip off. If you buy something at any store that says open box, it still works. 3 of 5 things I got from here DO NOT WORK AT ALLL. All items said open box like new. They are liters and a waste of money. DO NOT USE

This app has completely gone downhill in a matter of just a month or so. Constant big issues. And I mean constant… every day. Logging me out every time I close the app, “error something went wrong messages”, not allowing me to log back in, and the list goes on. Again, every single day. It’s frustrating when I’m trying to bid on objects and it’s time sensitive. Get it together.

They are selling stuffs , where they write “like a new”, and then you get fully damage item, what is really impossible to use, not recommend

I’ve gotten 97 notifications about an item ending soon that I bid on. This app is terrible.

I tend to watch mult items that are identical and when you see the same ********59 bid on every one of them and then the a different bidder bid on all again, back and forth, it seems fishy. I feel they have a minimum they have to sell it at. Seems too fishy that it happens consistently with most things. Luggage is one of the biggest ones. But there are some good deals

First off, the organization and the pick up and the friendliness of everyone that worked there has been extraordinary. Even when there’s a long line, I feel that we’re taking care of in a timely matter. I can usually get in and get things picked up and get back on the road within 15 minutes. The guys that work there will come out and help you load if you have several things. When I have had to return something, the process is easy and quick. Why I only gave it 4 stars is because there’s been several things that should never have been put on the auction site. There are obvious parts missing or it wouldn’t come on when I got it home if I have to plug it in. But like I said, if there’s something genuinely wrong, they are very good about making it right.

Since the app changed, so has the variety of the items listed. Every auction lists the same items, and they are overpriced. What happened to the items that were previously sold? I really enjoyed purchasing from your auction, but not anymore. I hope things improve…
