App not working. Can’t sign in. No notification from Old mutual side.

Old Mutual APP not working in EU Used to work but not anymore! The internet site never worked for years and getting any response from Old Mutual is lets say impossibe as usual Dont’t say it is working as designed all Sanlam Liberty and Banking APP‘s from ZA is working fine just NOT Old Mutual! You guys already have enough issues to resolve and once again the app isn’t working!

One of the most pathetic companies out there the app is useless

I can’t even submit a claim. I have tried for a few days and keep getting an error that “services are unavailable…”. One would think that such an essential function of the app would at least work.

This app does not allow me to change my monthly contribution. I have to do it on web browes on the website.

Worst ever upgraded app, I can't login. Keeps rejecting. The old version was working just fine now I'm stranded with this new one.

I expected more. The app is a mushroom that simply shows high level details. Unable to request details about underlying investments and performance. It is almost as if Old Mutual wants to keep people in the dark and prevent them from seeing the poor performance of funds.

Says thank you for logging in via sms but dololo. No wonder it’s got bad ratings. Someone is fast asleep on the job here.
