Old Time Radio Detectives

The old time detectives channel, also playing old time radio advertisements, very interesting to listen to and see how advertising has changed over the years. I listen to this instead of modern day crap radio here in the uk. The station works very well and reliably, there have been a couple of breakdowns but this was due to the ISP and not the station itself. Continue the great work. Regards. UPDATE July 2023. Listening via a iPhone 13 using 4 & 5G and WiFi the feed starts off ok but stops suddenly for no reason after a few mins, a manual restart is required but soon stops again. Listening to the car Internet Radio system - no issues, the same applies to the “Naim Unity Atom” Internet Radio system which would suggest an issue with the IOS app! Contacted station support but no reply and still no fix in August 2023, hopefully soon.

It’s been working very well and reliably here in the uk but suddenly nothing. I’ve sent 2 emails to support without any reply so far. The breakdown could be due to many reasons so I’m hoping it can be fixed as soon as possible and get things back to normal, maybe a notification to customers would be a great help to all. Regards.

These old time radio plays are great. They really help me to relax in periods of down time in a very stressed life. Ten out of then for the wonderful people who collect and document these plays.

Love listening to all the terrific programs I remember from my childhood.

At 77 years old these programs were listened to when I was a kid. Brings back old memories when the world was a bit more sane.

But reinstalled and I’m glad I did I haven’t heard the same show twice, unlike the other app I have I’ve been a long time listener to stories while I sleep and even if I don’t finish the stories it’s still nice to fall asleep with them ☺️ I highly recommend this app 👍

I love the fact that it continues on to another program without me having to check it for another to pick another one. And It’s a clear sound! Like I said,It’s the best!
