Both doesnt work in australia. Havent worked for more than a week now.

Same problem as the comment, keep shutting down. Can’t sign in, can’t verify the email. The verification email was sent into my rubbish email 😂. This app is horrible.

Downloaded the app, created an account, authenticated email , can’t sign in 😒 sign in button doesn’t click, “go” button doesn’t work. Can’t sign in at all

The app response is slow and can’t place order.

Rated for 1 star cuz is the lowest mark, more horrible than you can imagine! Ask you to download the app for the discount than charge you for the delivery fee which is free if not apply the discount. Worst advertising and app ever, not gonna buy any of olens product

This app is too slow and got shutdown all time! I cannot place any order. It did not remember order, when it auto shutdown, all the order is gone. Really annoying

The app is a will not sign me in or track my package,thus it doesn’t work. Website on Chrome works better than the app.

This app is horrible. It crashes and quite slow to load. The same thing with their website. This review isn’t about the product, but if you must know, I’m a return customer of three years. I love their contact lenses.

the app is so bad i’ve given up trying to order multiple times. it’s the worst app i’ve ever used. it’s buggy, slow, and freezes all the time. it also constantly kicks me out.

The website and products are fantastic and stellar quality, but this app is buggy and clunky and 1000% awful. It’s like from eons past and it makes me not want to order anything when I had to reload the app 10 times (hard reset) to LOG IN.
