Our app provides you with Guided meditation videos and Yoga videos to help with your physical and emotional needs. Our app focuses on daily affirmations and deep discussion podcasts to further the radically transparent conversation about life's daily challenges and our mental health. Our app provides newsletters and blogs to address community functions and mental health topics. Our app is a central hub for our TheraCommunity to engage and get to know one another in our community forums. Our app provides a self care tracker to keep up to date on daily routines and for accountability. The app also provides Ayurvedic Nutrition tips and astrology basics to create a well rounded balance in life. Our app provides 30 day specialty programs to further your healing journey as well as a 15 day rebuild and reset your mindset program. We focus on the whole person in our app and give you room to create the life that you want. This is where you ask yourself the question "How far am I willing to go to get to the life that I am seeking?"

The download of OM your Mental Health is free of charge. Should you use OM your Mental Health app to access in-app content, we offer one of the following options:
Free plan(s) - available to subscribe free of charge.
Subscription based plan(s) - a payment will be charged to your credit card through your App Store account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
One-time purchase based plan(s) - a payment will be charged to your credit card only once.
