Remedial and time consuming

Absolute too much inputting
I have to enter everything into the app, it doesn’t connect to my garmin instinct so everyday I have to enter my steps and always have to manually enter my glucose levels and bp. You’d think that they could automatically connect to the devices that they offer for use

Virtually NO Customer Care
Due to a change in medical plan by my employer, I was forced to start using this company. There is very little if any communication at all. They do not respond timely, do not have a number to call, they did not start my access on the day I enrolled, sent no letters or contact of any kind. There is no way to opt out. Do not use this company if you think you will get a timely response. It is not worth any money that is spent on their services.
Garbage application
Not very user friendly. It is difficult to use and enter individual meals. Also it assumes you have a watch or device to record steps. One more thing to buy.
Not Reading data
Recently the Omada app has not been reading the data available. I did not notice that my personal health data and steps were not being added to my progress so I have had to delete app and the download again a few times just to get my information updated. This happened after the an update about 2 weeks ago. Hopefully this will be fixed.
Can’t edit weight goals
The app is not very user friendly. While I read help section the options mentioned are not available in the app loaded on my iPhone.
Opinion on the app
Every time you want to update you have to put in email and pw once should be enough mixed it very unappealing to log your information since you have to type that each and every time you want to update him. Very discouraging.
Regained my Health - 60 is the new sexy
I started with Omada because my health numbers were starting to be at risk or poor. I A1c was 6.3. Having a family of diabetics I didn't want that to be my story.. mind gave me a coach an app, informative art icals and a scale. all three of those things contributed to being able to lose 50 pounds in one year. It was slow it was steady. There were a lot of ups and downs. I was able to lose the weight without medication. I still have 20 more lbs to go. However, at my 60th birthday party, I felt sexier than I had been for 10 years.. The program works when you use all the elements at disposal. Good luck and believe
