OME Health will connect you to your personal health coach who will work with you to achieve a health goal that is the most important to you. Choose one of the four key motivations and work with your coach to finetune it to perfectly fit your needs.
If you purchase the optional biological testing the app together with your health coach will help you understand your microbiome, blood, DNA and a range of other test results and provide an evidence-based programme covering key changes you need to make to achieve your health goals, whether it is to lose weight, improve your heart health, be more energetic, improve fitness, address a specific health condition or just improve overall health.
You can increase the personalisation even further by connecting to Apple Health and sharing your body composition, activity and other health data.

DEDICATED HEALTH COACH
Change can be difficult, and you might have a lot of questions, hesitations, or worries. To help with that, your Health coach will be reachable at a tap of a button via live chat. They will give you helpful pointers and reminders and answer any questions you might have - ask them about your test results, your program or whether the meals you had yesterday are good or bad for you. Book video or voice consultations, ask them to optimise your supplement regiment or ask them to review your food log. Take the Journey side by side with your coach to achieve lasting results.

12-WEEK ACTION PLAN
We believe that lasting change is based on the small improvements you make on a daily basis. To help you achieve this, we’ll analyse your health test results, lifestyle questionnaire answers, and any other information we may have to identify the most impactful changes you can make. Over the course of 12 weeks, your coach will provide you with actionable weekly goals that will help you gradually build up the right habits to achieve and maintain the desired results.

PERSONALISED WEEKLY MEAL PLAN
Shortly following the arrival of your test results you will start receiving a weekly meal plan to help you put your program goals into practice. Your coach will pick the recipes that not only meet your unique nutrition needs but are also delicious and easy to make. To remove the stress from weekly meal planning, we’ve made the recipes shoppable - add ingredients to your preferred retailer’s online shopping basket with one click.

TEST RESULTS ANALYSIS
Based on the tests you order, we can provide you with the results for each marker, explaining what exactly is measured, how your results compare to the average, and what that means to you, as well as giving any supporting evidence. The results will be used to personalise your Journey by optimising the goals and meal plan to guiding your coaches decision when building your supplement and activity regiment.
