Won’t take my phone number and so it is impossible to buy a ticket. Ridiculous.

Really bad! Worst app ever.

Très efficace

Faites très attention, ça fait plus d’une semaine que j’attends un remboursement pour un voyage en avion réservé avec cette application et ensuite annulée par la société de transport aérien, personne répond à mes messages et il n’y a aucun contact direct avec ces « professionnels ». Je ne vais plus jamais utiliser cette application et je vais voir s’il y a un moyen légal de pouvoir porter plainte contre cette société avec une bonne probabilité de réussite. J’ai toujours utilisé cette application car c’était confortable, tout réuni sur une page ça pourrait sembler efficace, mais je vous conseille d’utiliser les différents sites des compagnies de transport, cela vous pourra faire perdre quelques minutes en plus, mais c’est toujours mieux que perdre une vacance ou plusieurs centaines d’euros.

They deduct 12€ as a booking fees and services, then if you have any issues with the flight airlines , if the flight cancelled by the company or to be refunded they will never refund you as the booking done by travel agent OMIO which they don’t care they don’t have phone number and never reply for tens emails cause its not their money, Will never ever use any travel agent for booking especially you Omio never secure your customers

Its free and there is no publicity at all. Great routes, great prices. Would recommend to everyone. 100 stars

Nice little interface, which is marred by its lack of data. Does not appear to provide much cross-border functionality. Okay for info between major centers, but sadly lacking once beyond that. Maybe the app is in its infancy and is relying on feedback to beef up its database. Who can tell at this stage? In the meantime Google Maps (coupled maybe with the Trainline for ticketing) provides far superior performance.

My train was cancelled, no update from the app.
