Beställde biljett och fick ingen bokningsbekräftelse eller biljett, nu sitter jag här en vecka efter och dom har lovat återkoppla men inget händer . Helt värdelösa välj annat bolag om möjligheten finns

You are an aweful greedy company that oversell tickets on a full train so the train cannot move, and people lose their connections. You know exactly how many people fit yet you keep selling too many tickets and then scream at people to get off train. I have never seen anything so disgusting and unprofessional ever in my life travelling.
Too many updates. And no significantly change between them. Now deleted.
Train got canceled, received absolutely no support from Omio to figure out how to go back to my country. Ended up waiting for almost a whole day only to have my first class ticket switched to second class, with no compensation and now I hear from SJ that its Omio responsibility to compensate, and from Omio I hear its SJ responsibility to compensate because it was their trains who departed without waiting for the connection. Omio “AI” chat only caused more frustration and was absolutely useless to connect me to a human, it is impossible to contact support if you need to, so pray to not need help and good luck with your trip. Still waiting for communications via email, but I already expect the worst based on how it went so far. Edit: Omio responded the review and asked for Booking Reference number, here it is: LCM3875Y

Varje gång man försöker boka biljetter står det ”partner offline”. Har hänt alla gånger jag försöker boka. Man får alltid ringa kundtjänst som fixar problemet, jobbigt att behöva ringa för att dom ska fixa sitt bokningssystem.
App doesn’t show live updates on which platform my train leaves from or that my train was cancelled.
