OMT Pay

No answer on the call center, multiple call tries, over 5 minutes waiting each time, on separate days. Been waiting over 2 months for my card, applied through the app, contacted support by mail, first reply was that my card was issued, second reply that my card was still under process.

Honestly my experience with OMT PAY is more than amazing literally I’m finishing everything from the app the transactions , my work and ads, online shopping, taking online courses this is very helpful tho thanks for always updates the latest updates i’ve been using OMT PAY since one year.. thanks for being there everytime we need help..

Hello I keep trying to make an account but it says weak password even tho it’s very big and has all of the things there asking me to put

Terrible. I keep getting “Invalid request.”. Nothing works. Tried to reinstall the app but did not solve the issue.

App is crashing will sending a message in contact us section

It s an amazing idea after the banks corruption here, unfortunately your app show bugs maybe 4 times/year and that isn’t safe for me as client especially so i would like to keep using your app and your card but you need to find solutions for this bugs and errors, now i have notification that i have to give more information about myself but when i press continue it show ERROR. Although you are taking money from us for transfer money from my wallet to my card !!!!!!! Even if it s 10 cent, sure for you as business it worth it but it s not logic

It worked the first month, then whenever I try to add money it withdraws from the card then i get a refund. I don't see a limit amount for every transaction. I tried to submit the contact form, whenever i click submit the app crashes. It is so disappointing not to now what is the problem. I keep getting (payment cancelled without a reason).

The app is getting better with time however there are some screens that are too buggy. How the app sessions expire are very weird, sometimes my credentials disappear. I understand security is important but that doesn’t seem the way to handle it. Also, the screen containing the recipients is extremely unfriendly, the same contact appears 3 or 4 times, the list scrolls in a weird way and theres a small box to view the list for some reason. The last point is the way we receive money in the wallet, you’d have to go into some list (also in a small box) that is accessed through the hidden notifications to accept a payment. Why not show new requests on the homepage as they are the highlight of the app, and maybe use less unnecessary boxes :)

the latest update crashes the app on launch

Everything was going well untill I tried to check if my card has arrived this morning than I discovered that there’s a feedback provided and I can’t check anything in the app and there’s no new updates for this app!
