My boyfriend is a resident doctor and has a LOT of laundry because he has to change into new scrubs and t-shirt every single day. We had been looking around for a laundry service for a while and a lot of them had bad reviews, poor service, etc. We were thrilled with On the Go Cleaners - great app with notifications to let us know what stage our laundry was in and super timely pick up and delivery - right to our door on the 12th floor! They even gave us a branded laundry bag for us to use in the future! Will definitely be a recurring customer.
