I couldn’t have my appointment with my doctor tonight because the app kept crashing. I tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone, logging in and out and nothing would make it stop crashing. Hoping we can use a different platform next time so I’m not stressed before my appointment.

If I could give one star, I would. Physician never showed for the appt. I waited with the app open for 45 mins. There’s no actual phone number to dial so everything is done via chat. I sent a message stating physician has not shown up and it took 3 hours to get a response, by which time I had already used a different service, seen the physician, and had prescriptions called in. The chat response I received after 3 hours was automated and I was told my money would not be refunded because it is expected that you wait for up to 4 hours for the physician in case he/she is running behind. Needless to say I will not be using this service again. Terrible.

Once you enter your credit card information, there is NO OPTION TO REMOVE IT!!! Do not use this app. Do NOT enter any credit card info as it cannot be removed. My credit card was charged without my permission. This app does not guarantee any security. Buyer beware!

When trying to join a call, the app crashes on both iPhone and iPad. Reaching out to customer support doesn’t do anything because they claim to not deal with any technical issues and we have to go through our provider. But I’m not sure how a healthcare provider is supposed to address an app bug issue?

Can login, but when you press join, closes the app. On an IOS. Been happening many times and useless app. Fix it.

Been using this for virtual therapy. Super easy to see and complete forms, view my appointments, and connect with my providers.

That app is easy to use. However I can’t see anything not my provider or myself!!

The new update was so stupid! Now I’m not able to login with my password! I’ve had to reset it 10 times It’s kinda ridiculous
