DIGITAL AND INTERACTIVE CHILDREN STORIES 
“Il était des fois” is an application that makes it possible for the reader to give life to his very own story. The role selection, the selection of the main character, the different points of view, the confrontation of the various narrations, all become interchangeable units. “Il était des fois” gives the child a chance to be the author of his own story, and gives a helping hand to all the parents who are a little bit out of ideas for the bedtime stories.

“Il était des fois” is a project created by Valentin Gall and Olivier Castille.
First developed at the École Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Strasbourg, it was then finalized at the Gobelins l’École de l’image. The project is supported by the European Social Fund.
SETUP
“Il était des fois” exists in French and English. This app doesn’t work on iPad 1. It works on iPad 2 and on every new versions.
