User experience has taken a hit in recent updates, it’s now even harder to navigate than it was before with confusing, poorly thought out user journeys. AND if you don’t swipe to force close the app it destroys the battery!!!
The old version was fine but the new version kills my battery 😖 Had to turn off mobile data to it. Real pain. Please can it be edited to only use data when you open it and not run constantly in the background
This app is painfully temperamental. Currently I have been locked out of my account for several days, I am able to login online but the app refuses to recognise my email address and will not provide any option to reset my password. I have had the app randomly lock me out and refuse to recognise my login many times over the years I’ve used it, usually it starts to work again just as randomly - currently it doesn’t seem to be showing any signs of getting fixed. If it only worked reliably it would be a good app, but I can’t ever rely on it to give me information or allow me to take a register when I am on deck.
