One Call Taxis

I have used the one call app several times now and it’s the best one I’ve got on my phone (I have 4 of them) and they are my go to company now 👍👍👍👍

Book taxis all the time busy time have to wait other time here in 2 mins. Drivers always nice and polite. Good taxi firm 👍

When I try to sign up it keeps saying error and there’s nothing wrong with my signal and WiFi.

I pre booked a One Call Taxis Southport yesterday Saturday August 24th 2024 for 5.15pm pickup today Sunday 25th, I’ve waited an hour and it’s still not here, they’ve just cancelled my taxi, absolutely disgusting behaviour, please do not use them as they are a total disgrace 😡😡😡😡 I only gave them one star because it wouldn’t let me send otherwise.

Don’t use this company I’ve had SO many issues with them over the last 3 weeks. None of them will take you unless your journey is more than 15 minutes, we decided to walk to the taxi rank instead where 6/8 taxis were one call and ALL drivers said they wouldn’t take me because the drive was too short (7 minutes drive but 25 minutes for me to have walked and it was late at night as a woman this is unsafe). They ALL said they supposedly didn’t take card and were all cash only, on weekends they’re all magically taking card. Multiple drivers cancelled so many times and even when I ring they said one is on our their way and it takes 15 minutes minimum! I also have my name in the app as a man’s name for extra safety and every driver I’ve managed to get has asked me “who’s *insert the man’s name I use*” like this is any of their business for one and two I find it very invasive.

Can’t even sign in to the new app now 🫤

I booked taxi and that time the price of journey showing £6 and i got the confirmation email also of £6 but I end up paying £10.20 at end of journey. So not happy at all

Can’t even setup the account properly. Really bad app

The NEW One Call app is rubbish - it won’t let me input other destinations apart from HOME and work❗️ Why couldn’t addresses already inputted in the old app be automatically transferred to new app❓How hard is that to do❓
