Really nice books in the selection
The actors read the stories really well. My toddler found the stories captivating. Please post more books.

The app is honestly complete garbage. They need to take lessons from a real app developer. Look at how audible or something similar loads the books. There’s no search or filtering of any kind. It desperately needs help. The narration and the read-along technology is fantastic. Increase the library and fix the app and it’ll be perfect
I bought it for my children in K & 1st grades because teachers recommended this app. They didn't like the LOUD music background. Not enough book choices they read almost all of it in a couple of weeks and I still have 3 more months paid for nothing. The pictures are too small .
My girls (5 & 2) are obsessed with this app. We listen to a few stories almost every day while I get lunch ready. The library is big enough to offer good variety and the narration and music/sound effects are very nice. I initially paid for the shortest membership but upped it to annual. Also, customer support is very responsive and helpful!
1st, I was slightly annoyed that I had to pay for an app to access what I already paid for. It was only $.99, so I bought it. 2nd, the annoying part of the app is that everytime you open the app, you have to sign in with your username (email address) and password. I bought the program for my four year old to use. He isn't capable of punching in the username and password. Please update this app and make it so the user stays signed in. The only reason I subscribed to One More Story is because I wanted my son to get access. I am glad I subscribed only for 3 months to try. I wouldn't think about renewing the subscription if you don't update the app to keep the user signed in.
I'm sure the program itself is great, but all the app does is make you able to access your account if you already have a subscription with them!
Bought this app only to be taken to a log in site where I discovered you have to buy a subscription to even use this app. Really crappy, Apple. Very disappointed 4 year old.
I'm delighted that One More Story's app for iOS devices has finally come out; their service is wonderful, but they were well behind the curve on realizing the need for such an app, holding out hope that Flash would come to iOS. My kids have been greatly enjoying the app this afternoon, but keep getting hung up on one defect: every time they exit the app (by pressing the home key) and then attempt to re-enter it, the username and password must be entered afresh. So this is actually two problems though related ones: there's no fast app switching and the log in process must be repeated ad nauseam with little kids who are a bit trigger happy on the home button.
Ive been using One More Story for years and was thrilled to see an iPad app finally. One More Story os a great resource for little kids - pre readers and early readers. With different voices reading each book and unique music, each book is an adventure and my kids just love it. They've got a great selection of books, including well known authors like Ezra Jack Keats, and some gems Ive never heard of before. My younger one loves being read a story and my old one uses I Can Read It mode to practice - clicking on words that are difficult to hear them read aloud. I fully recommend One More Story to parents and teachers!
