One Star Rewards

I made my account and have been unable to log in since. Even if I reset my password (when it even allows me to) it will not allow me to log in. It keeps giving me errors on both iPhone and iPad. Everything on both devices is updated and still I can’t even login to my account.

Can’t reset password, the most basic of operations.

Come on Cherokee Nation, I know you guys make billions of dollars, you could definitely invest a little more into this app so it doesn’t crash all the time. I barely can get logged in and then it logs me out automatically instead of leaving me logged in. Won’t let you reset the password. When it send the link to your email and you try to reset it, it gives an error message or sometimes the link to reset the email won’t open. It is ridiculous and frustrating!!!!!

The One Star App doesn’t have Tunica Mississippi on the app so it’s useless for me to use!! An the MGM doesn’t show free play anymore. Can y’all please get One Star together

Can’t log in, gold strike not shown on guest. Please fix

I have my card and I have set up the app and even been back to the property to ask for help but I am still unable to log in as it does not recognize my info that is correct. The MGM app worked well and I used it for everything.

Not a functional app.

Wanted to give this property a chance since I’m a top tier card holder at Lucky North, MGM, and Cosmopolitan. But i can’t even access my account on the app or even find the Goldstrike property and if this isn’t repaired soon I will continue to take my money elsewhere!!!

Downloaded for Tunica gold strike but apparently doesn’t work for that location. Useless for me.
