This game looks awesome but I can’t play on mobile because it literally crashes every single time I get started and I have a iPhone 🤷🏻♂️
Winter wonderland event
If I purchased the event a few days ago will i collect everything even if it's ending soon?
Facebook login no longer works
After investing so much time and money into this game. I am no longer able to log on using my Facebook credentials no master what steps I take to resolve the issue. This feels like a rip off when you have event task etc that can’t be met during this outage and this doesn’t seem to be a priority to resolve.
Please update the game
Would be fun to play if it was controller supported and also need more hair styles for African Americans

I honestly feel like this game would be a better if some stuff was more developed and to add it being possible to listen to music while playing this game from a different app like Spotify since as far as I’m aware there’s no radio

نريد زيادة عدد لاعبين سيرفر بس 500 مو كافي لن لعبه أصبحت مشهورة في الدول العربية مشكلة الخروج من لعبه بدون سبب و مشكله خروج من تدخل على بعض المهمات في لعبه خصوصن مهمه شرطي سويت لعبه 30 فريم يله اشتغلت ولعبه تخرجني بدون سبب والعب على جودة ضعيفة جدا وخليت 30 فريم و نفس شي وتطردني لعبه واني ايباد 9 اتمنه حل مشكلة
911 calls and rp
I am active player on your US servers. I ever since I joined your game I have been wanting roleplay out car wrecks and such stuff, especially since the hospital and ambulance service has been added. But I have noticed you can’t connect EMS and Police on the servers without getting muted for T1 Chat rule. I am hoping that you guys the developers of the game will consider adding in a chat feature that will allow us players to connect the emergency services. Sort of like /911 [area and closest landmark, then the persons emergency that has happened] it would give us players more role play, I feel like it should be feature since not everyone who plays this game can get discord to communicate with ems and police. Thank you no matter what you decide.
please improve the frames & crashing
my frames are bad & my game crashes constantly especially while working causing me to lose my job points rapidly . but most importantly optimize the game better
