בנקאי עונה אחרי מינימום יומיים ההטבות בדרך כלל ללקוחות חדשים ככה שלהיות לקוח קבוע שם לא הייתי ממליץ
Sub par application
The app is a joke for a critical bank app, I wanna buy/sell stocks with high time sensitivity and the app is not able to connect? Wtf?
כמה נקודות קריטיות לשיפור
1. אין התראה על שימוש באשראי. זה הפך לסטנדרט בכל מקום. גיהצת את האשראי? האפליקציה שולחת התראה. 2. אתם טוענים בענק ל0% עמלת המרת מטח, אבל בפועל לוקחים 0.5% וזה מצוין באותיות קטנות בלבד בזמן ההמרה שספק רב אם מישהו רואה את זה. תהיו שקופים יותר. 3. אין פירוט לכל חיוב באשראי, אי אפשר להכנס לעסקה ולראות פרטים/לבצע פעולות, אלא חייבים לעבור לאפליקציה של ישראכרט שזו האפליקציה ברמה הכי ירודה שיש היום בשוק הישראלי. 4. תוסיפו תמיכה באנגלית. הטלפון שלי באנגלית והכל הפוך לי. 5. יש אפשרות לאשראי ישראכרט בלבד. שזה כרטיס החברת אשראי הכי גרועה בישראל. 6. הבינה המלאכותית שאתם כל כך מתגאים בו יועד לקשישים, עם הסברים ארוכים ומפרכים. הודעות ארוכות והחבאת האפשרות לנציג.
הרבה תקלות התחברות
הרבה פעמים האפליקציה לא מתחברת במשך ימים אז הפתרון זה להתחבר מהמחשב א ל אי אפשר כי אין לכם אתר!!!! קיצור חוויה קשה!!

It’s nice app but since I have it I asked for an english version. I simply do not understand why they don’t do it. It would be so much easier for many customers to
Discrimination
I am an Israeli citizen. An employee of this bank just called me and said that I cannot be serviced there because I do not speak Hebrew. The bank was created to discriminate on the basis of language. P.S. Why make a bank website in two languages - Hebrew and English?
Bugs and awful support
Lots of unresolved bugs, including basic transfers.. and the support is extremely slow and not helpful. Stay away
בנק של נוכלים, לא שווה את הכסף
פתחתי חשבון לפני מעל שנה והבנק רק מתדרדר מאז. הבנק עובר על החוק ומסרב לנייד לי תיק ניירות ערך ומכריח אותי לשלם עמלות גבוהות או לגרור ארוע מס. בקושי עונים להודעות ומתחמקים ממענה לשאלות. האפליקציה מפוצצת בבאגים. להתרחק כמו מאש!
אין שירות
השקעתם בפיתוח, השקעתם בשיווק, חבל שהשירות פח אשפה. אין עם מי לדבר ולא מבצעים העברות מט"ח בזמן
