This is the old app. I don’t know why it’s still on the App Store as it immediately prompts you to download the new app.

I bought two digital cards as a gift. The recipient couldn’t work out how to use it so they sent it back to me. This tools some time as I had to do it for them on their phone. Loaded on the App and then One4All started taking money off each month. Used it once and the cards have disappeared from the App altogether. Called Customer Support and they cannot find any account linked to my email or phone number. So far One4All have vaporised €171 of my money. I would go absolutely anywhere else possible for gift cards.

They won’t let you spend your balance anywhere, steal your balance and they are a bunch criminals. Please don’t get one of these for an online purchase with any of the shops listed as they don’t accept the cards number, no matter which method or mode you use

Website and app don’t work, you can’t check your balance and they charge if you don’t use the card after 12/18 months! Don’t use!

Always seems to have technical problems.

App won’t even let me set up an account. Says there’s an error but doesn’t say what/why. Says to try again later… has said thus for weeks now.

You can’t just scan a card to check balance without registering, what’s the point of the APP when you don’t need to register to use the online check or text service, it just adds complexity.

Despite the bad review I saw, I still thought I’d give it a go… tried to create an account which repeatedly failed stating they were having a system issue. Have given up now

Trying to find out your balance is a pain in the backside,will never use these again!

Horror to create an account, Tells me to try again later, so i do , then happens again it’s been like this for a week
