Purchased the lifetime free wallpapers plan on 6th October, however for my account all the wallpapers are again shown as paid. Looks like I got scammed by the developer. Please look into this

Been using for 2 years and love the collections. I recently had to reinstall the app and tried to login from Apple ID and after completing the sign in from apple the app still has not logged me in and I am Ind able to access my pro purchases, could you please help?
