One cart sells out-of-stock products and refund process is broken
I ordered from one cart. They sold me items which was out of stock. They refunded me to my one cart wallet and I had to request online to get the refund to my bank account online. My one cart wallet is now zero and I have not received the funds in my bank account. They did not email me with proof of the bank withdrawal request so there is now no paper trail and I’m waiting when I will receive my funds.
Don’t take money if you can’t fulfil the order or at least make the refund seamless and automatically via same process as purchase. This process is broken and does not work and now it’s my problem to try and get my money back.
WORST SHOPPING APP
Customer service is clueless and can’t assist, my order wasn’t delivered , after being dispatched.My money wasn’t refunded and after numerous contact, customer service failed to solve the matter and was instructed to read their T&Cs.
Do not download!!
Most of the time they will contact you to say there is no stock and when there is stock they won’t deliver! I’ve been waiting over 2 hours for delivery!

It’s been a month now.I’ve been waiting for my refund but nah,nothing. Their service is fine but due to my delayed refund,I give them a thumbs down.

Horrible service
The more I use the app the more I’m getting frustrated!!! I booked delivery for 2h00 and they delivered @11h40. Why do we have options to place order for different time slots if they don’t adhere to them? App coupons also don’t work! You go back and when you come back the coupon doesn’t apply!
JUST HORRIBLE
Seriously, the amount of glitches on this app is baffling! I couldn’t even place an order because the “checkout” button was greyed out. I even re-installed the app but experienced the same problem. Trust customer service to provide absolutely no service for you. I’ve heard great things about this app but I’m so disappointed. Only download this app if you feel like selecting groceries just to let them marinate in your cart because you won’t even be able to pay and receive them.
Worst app
The deliveries are always late. They put wrong prices on the app and expect you to pay price in store. They will just cancel your order without alerting you. Wouldn’t recommend!
Poor service from one cart
Every single time I have ordered from one cart there has been an issue with the order. Either with the contents ordered , usually only 50% of the items arrive, or the delivery times are confused, or the drivers aren’t sure who they are delivering to because the name on the bags are not the name of the customer. The call centre agents apologise profusely when you complain but nothing changes. I have been forced to use them when I can’t go to Woolworths myself so it is definitely a grudge use. They seriously need to up their game.
Sorely lacking a CRITICAL feature
What a horrible first experience, I get some cryptic message from the shopper about something not being in stock and get instructed to do something not possible, a substitution, like why the hell is such a basic feature missing.
Next I get a call and the support person apparently could not comprehend that a shopper was only shopping after an order was placed at which point the most basic of basic features is missing.
Apparently the listing also mistakenly listed the Ice Cream as 2l when it was in fact 1.8, which prompts another message asking if the shopper can take that instead. Within second I say yes, yet my order arrives with the waffles and without the ice cream, what level of sociopath eats waffles without ice cream, so now I have to drive all the way to the shop pick up one of the literal dozens of tubs of ice cream that the shopper was apparently cable of collecting.
Like on on earth is such a core, essential, absolutely basic feature missing. Like it already exists before paying, the most fundamentally useless place for it to exist, but no, not after they’ve paid, because its entire impossible for things to change after the customer has paid, it’s not like every other grocery shopping app does not allow substitutions after purchasing. Like really now. REALLY… waffles without ice cream, waffles WITHOUT ice cream?????
