Do not download this application, It is not worth it. We want an online banking app from Jamaica National Bank and this is just stupidity.

Easy to use, was able to submit a loan application and get it approved via the app..just be sure to have all the info ready
Login issues and unresponsive
I find that JN has login issues with their apps (including the browser site). No real point in having a Face ID option if it continuously fails and tells you that your session has expired I also don’t believe there is a huge enough user base for the app to argue that load is the cause for the unresponsiveness.

This app does not work, I have been stucked on homepage, and it takes me nowhere.

I been trying to join on the app for over a week. It's keep saying request timed out.
What’s the purpose of this app
Like I just understand the last time I can download jn live bank app on my phone was 8 years ago that’s was iPhone 7 I now have a iPhone 16 and still can’t get a new updated jn live banking app that we can login and do our transactions this as completely turn me off from jn as a business owner , I am tired of going on google to sign in and check my account , which why I don’t keep money in my account and when someone do send me money to jn the nearest machine I can find to draw that money that’s what I do , because even to send money to a next account is difficult , this is 2025 full time now jn get up to speed , not even a visa / master debit card you guys have like again this is 2025 , I am so disappointed in JN

I’ve downloaded this app and am not seeing anything about money in my account or how to do any transactions it’s really frustrating Everytime I leave the app I have to login and start all over again
Can’t log in
The app keep saying I don’t have an internet connection…
Please update JN Live we need a functional app for online banking
Application should have been more focused on online banking and reviewing immediate bank statements. Website needs to be updated or have a mobile app
Do Not Make Sense
It doesn’t make sense!!! You can’t even see how much is in your account. Come on JN do better!!!
