Oneplan App

I tried and filled out 5times the same form but the result was no reply no attention they only want my personal info. As it looks it is one great scam they are not interpreted in giving me a health care plan thehey are just b……….g

Come on guys, I was so excited to move to your medical aid and your app is honestly the biggest let down. I don’t care if I get some sweet and polite response back from you, just fix your app if you want to have a good product and keep customers. Look at all your reviews, it’s clearly a problem. Take out a loan if you need to, get the best back end (because it’s obviously your back end, although your front end could use some work too) app designer you can and fix the problem. You have to spend money to make money people and things like apps are important especially in your industry.

The app is pathetic with uploads. I’ve uploaded invoices multiple times, but I still get correspondence that I’ve not attached anything. One Plan should not suggest uploading things via the app if the facility DOES NOT WORK

The app is completely useless. Absolutely nothing works. It crashes and gives errors no matter what info you request. Really ridiculous.

Multiple features such as chat and call me back have been disabled which makes the user experience extremely poor.

First of all, it’s classified incorrectly (Health and Fitness) which makes it difficult to find. Then you have to log in to each policy separetely (how annoying is that) only to set your biometrics again for each of them. Then the app confuses the two policies all together and no matter which I chose it logs me into one ONLY. The app doesn't explain the actual claim process at all. The chat and call back functios are disabled. What is the use of recommending this app all together? It should be removed until the glitches and snags are ironed out, at least from Apple store.

They reject my claims due to an outstanding invoice which I paid for and I wasn’t refunded now they blocked my card

Crashed when viewing anything past the main menu.

Love the Oneplan app, I can easily find my policy info, update my pets details and submit claims/refunds.
