I find this software very easy to use and extremely powerful for sharing.

The have a no refund policy even when you paid the system in less than 12 hours. The free version does not have some functionality so hard to tell how it would work. When I used it it does not post live to all social media as expected. Teleprompter speeds is fast, even on lowest setting. Don’t use there are other systems better and cheaper.

Purchase subscriptions and followed all instructions to convert files. I concur mov, mp4, and m4v and none of them would upload for pre-recording for instagram live. I feel like I just have my money away. I tried resolving this for three days.

The staff is very helpful in helping you out with your questions. This platform also has so much to offer you as a content creator. And many opportunities to combining your niche market and taking it to new heights! If you’re joining live broadcast from your mobile Device it won’t work. It forces you to download their app. Instead of the option of joining via web browser shared link. Once you download the app. You have to register in order to login. Looping over and over from opening the app to register to create your profile then logging in. But you’ll never actually are able to join the live broadcast. Making it not user friendly for any guests to join live stream panel. I guess if it was to work for desktop possibly? But also may limit the number of users and crash.

It simply doesn’t work. It won’t stream. I am testing on a gigabit fiber connection and it just repeatedly fails. Sad.

I downloaded this app to stream across multiple platforms from my phone. After paying for a one month subscription, and downloading the app I tried to stream on Facebook and instagram simultaneously. To my surprise the one stream service doesn’t work on mobile devices and they would not issue a refund.

Contacted support because the app wasn't working so she asked for my password which someone should NEVER do. Please be aware this company is committing some type of fraud. Do not give them any information.

I love the idea of this app, but I can rarely get it to work. I’ve spent way too much time trying to schedule my videos to go live, only to have the app glitch out on me. It’s very frustrating!
