This is a well designed app with the fatal flaw that it apparently blocks password managers and pasting in passwords. This does not serve to improve security at all.
I went to your website multiple times to either purchase the case for my meter and supplies as well as to order lamb sets and strips for my OneTouch var meter. Despite trying multiple times, I was not able to find the items I wanted for the Verio
I love it It’s very easy to use.
I was extremely hesitant to use this product even though it was completely covered by insurance. It allowed me to see how my diet influenced my blood sugar levels that were out of control. Now, my sugar is under my control as I educate myself to the importance of glucose intake.
It does the basic ones, but very limited… can not set date range at all, can’t customize graph range either. Other apps will not support this device. To do any meaningful statistics, need spreadsheet and manually, just super disappointed.
Difficult to sync and then when it does it’s inevitably the wrong date and time, even though they are correct on both the one touch meter and phone the app is on
I used to be able to access help center when I hD any problems (mostly need to sync app). Now i have to sync app every time I want to Transfer data from One Touch meter to iphone. Why? It is very cumbersome and takes lots of tome. I wish user support center had option to talk to representative
I called customer support on December 24, 2024 and talked to a representative who refused to send me a new meter based upon the fact that even though there was a great disparity 20 to 30 points off on each reading, they refused to send a new meter saying that that was normal. This company needs an audit of its procedures and their terrible customer service.
The app is horrible. Plotting the data is presented in a very un-useful manner. Synching the app with the monitor is not intuitive
