I’m shocked that I cannot give a positive review of One United Bank since I used to experience bad customer service and a horrible phone system. Now, much better customer service that gives you the correct answer and a phone system is having you talk to the right staff not wrong customer support team or wrong department. I hope One United Bank stay customer friendly with right information and keep the new good phone system.

This Bank Has Came Along Way, Starting With The App & The App Is Consistently Making Updates Love It

One United bank closed my account for no reason at all recently which I didn’t like because I liked how certain ATMs I could deposit cash to with ease but they need to improve on the app as far as check deposits go

The app is fine. It honestly has too much stuff up there for my liking. My biggest problem is with the bank itself. I LOVE supporting a Black owned bank, and I know they support my community, but transferring money to the bank takes way too long for modern times. I have an account with a different bank and money shows up 24-36 hours after I send it. This bank takes 3 days minimum for funds to show up.

Do Not I Repeat DO NOT Trust One United With Your Funds This Bank Is Fraudulent, They Are Embezzling Funds By Charging Your Account More Than Once & The Customer Service Team Is All In On It As Well I Will Be Suing This Bank & Reporting It To The Proper Authorities

Terrible bank. I completed my application, paid my deposit and then they deny me AFTER completing the deposit. Now my money is being held for 5 days. What an unethical company to take your money before even approving you. Rediculous.

Company gives a lot of hope but no follow through
