Very poor app!!! Terrible first time experience. They hide their charges and I ended up paying much more than was quoted. Non-transparent. Customer service was non-helpful. Advise not to use!

Travelled with one way cab at least 5 times in last 3 months. Professional service every time.

I booked and they came in 30 mintues for long route. Amazing and Great!

I have tried the helpline number on several occasions from your own message as well as from the app. Never works.

While support is good, outsourced vendors do not provide accurate information on the app. Car and driver details are inaccurate.

Attempted to use this to book a trip. Received confirmation email immediately afterwards. Called them to confirm my booking and that while it says “Driver to be assigned” they guaranteed me that one would be assigned 2 hours before the trip. No driver was assigned to me. I had to call them multiple times and they gave me the run around until 15 minutes after my departure time when they told me that they have no drivers and I should “look on the internet for other options”. They would not offer any other assistance in getting to my destination or even suggest other options.

One way provides you a good service and on time arrival of cab drivers. Very economical to pocket.
