Onewheel

My son got a Onewheel for Christmas. He connected it to his iPad. Then, he tried connecting it through his Apple Watch, but it didn’t work. We tried to disconnect and reconnect the iPad to the Onewheel, then try again with the Apple Watch. It didn’t work, so we made sure that the iPad and the Apple Watch both had the right versions, then we tried again. But it still didn’t work. In conclusion, the Apple Watch doesn’t connect to the Onewheel through the iPad.

I don’t understand why future motion is so against right to repair and aftermarket parts. I replace the battery on my pint with a quart and I find out the only way to see the battery percentage is by checking the voltage, which they annoyingly removed for no reason other then to aggravate their customers. I didn’t spend $1000 on a board for them to remove features for no apparent reason. Be like a normal company that encourages aftermarket parts like everyone else, stop digging your own grave. I love my onewheel but hate future motion, when they decided to wise up and give us what we want then I’ll change my mind about them but that’s never gonna happen lol.

Considering the amount of money this company spends suing and shutting down small businesses and community driven improvements and products, you’d think they would have the budget to hire some great app developers. Unsurprisingly they have not, and as a result this app is quite disappointing. Does it complete basic functions? Yes. Are there sweet, well thought out features that really make the app and ownership experience as a whole a joy? No. There are broken buttons in the app that do nothing, statistics that are incorrect, and obvious opportunities to make the experience better, but instead they’re focused as a company on extracting as much money as possible out of their (previously) loyal customer base. Given the trajectory of their competitors, the blatant kneecapping of their own customers and community, and the rather disappointing products they’ve put out in recent years it is only a matter of time before this company is wholly irrelevant and left in the dust. It will be used as an example of what not to do in business schools across the nation. My advice? Fire your CEO and get someone in with real leadership skills, issue a public apology and admit your mistakes and wrongdoing, and turn the ship around. Chances of that happening? Zero.

Onewheel used to be a company that my piers and myself respected and most of us even looked up to their way of thinking outside the box… but over time the way they’ve responded to pressure applied by the outside world (weather consumer, competitor or government ) has shown a company that’s not about the values they once were… Nor are they the “big brother that’s got your back” as they once tried to be… the Future Motion of today has shown greed issues and spinelessly put the customer second to the wishes of an out of touch, over managing, un-affiliated “woke movement” and the government that’s behind them. All this betrayal simply to stay relevant and visible to an ever growing market…. albeit while leaving their core following in the dust…. It’s a sad state of affairs in my opinion!

Very fun I recommend it for kids who need something to do. I think it’s very safe. extra fun for people who like the air in their face and on their shirt.

I have purchased every board from this company spending thousands and thousands of dollars. The products were amazing. Then, a forced update came out and it ruined the performance of every board. To me, these updates should be illegal. Because that is not the product(s) that I purchased! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A BOARD NOW!

The app is fine, but the company will do their best to screw you over and keep you from repairing YOUR board yourself. You paid for it, but they still want to think they own it. They'll blather on about "safety", but it's all a lie.

82 videos they force you to watch and they didn’t even have audio someone needs to tell these guys that no one cares what they have to say and just let us get to the app

App works pretty well, but the recent update took away the ability to see how fast you were going and your trip on the watch. Once that gets fixed, it’s a five star.

I have had this app for a while now and I have never had a problem. I also love my onewheel pint it is definitely well used it has about 600 miles on it and it is still going strong. I put about fifty miles on it a week also 2 charges a day.
