After my free 30 days trial, I have been trying to cancel my membership but these people don’t answer my emails, the app doesn’t have “cancel my membership” option so they keep charging you, I had to ask my credit card company to deny payment. I don’t know what else to do. I don’t need these app!

This app is hard to navigate, makes it difficult to communicate with your coach, and doesn't submit the forms you fill out to the coach. It's basically useless.

App has regular failures, terrible UX and tech support. Videos frequently play poorly or are inconsistent in how you can view and forward through them.

I updated my phone to iOS 17.1 this weekend. Today the app kept erroring out whenever I tried to save workout notes or update chat conversation. Hoping it is just temporary.

It isn’t clear what buttons do what in the app. I feel like it could be improved by having a space set aside to provide expectations for each workout. I’ve also ran into an error message on two different occasions that doesn’t allow me to use the app. The App Store shows it’s up to date but the error persists.

I’m on my 3rd month of using the vip team and I’m in love with it. I’m gaining muscle, weight, and so so many gains
