It keeps crashing. I sent them feedback twice. No response. U are literally burning ur money for this non sense.

Can’t even get the subscription. Tried to subscribe for many times with different cards but still error remains the same. Dysfunctional app !!

Worst app support. I am writing this review after so many effort of telling regarding my problem. My subscription is about to end and it’s tiresome to use it. When I contacted app support, they told they already know the problem but still no improvisation. iPad Air 2 version 13.4

Annoyed with the screen of the app 1. The screen is showing partially in , as content starts from midway to the screen 2. The screen of app can not be done horizontal to see the content Please help to fix it otherwise the subscription is useless

Since apple has made the switch to dark mode, I really think it would be so much easier on the eyes if there’s a dark mode on this app too. Especially given all the time we spend on onlinemeded as med students.

Have not been able to sign into app one time.

As an iPad Pro user, it’s annoying to have to take my device off its keyboard in order to read notes. This is minor, but frustrating as it’s an extremely basic feature and a paid app. I also can’t find a way to save my downloaded notes on my iPad or close out of them without closing the entire app.

Needs an update ASAP

I can’t exit out of notes or snapshots to go back to main page without exiting the app to renter the topic....also annoying that it’s not landscape every time I log in

OME is fantastic and I love using it as a source. The iPad app, however, is not my favorite to say the least. Landscape mode please!
