I’m unable to validate my Bvn and for 4 hours it’s just been rolling…there’s no way you can contact their customer service team either, it’s a no no for me

Worst app ever

To fund my account they charge huge money, also to withdraw my funds they charge huge money this is worsted app I ever use and my money is yet to reflect on my account till now no customer support to consult on app

Very expensive fees they added there family problems to the fees on every transaction

I do not recommend, this is a very very very bad and terrible app, I funded the app and my money never reflected they swallowed it, I made a complaint via email and they told me I was going to receive it I never did, I made another complaint and they told me to send my evidence of payment I did that and they ghosted me ever since poor management very poor, I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this if you don’t want to loose your money.

What’s really going on with your deposit process. It takes really too long and there’s no access to customer support to tender complaints. Doesn’t sit well with me.

This company is very ok.. with a good and vision filled ambition.. you are doing well. But please I should work on the app it’s very slow..
