Onnect – Pair Matching Puzzle

Last week I had over a 500 hints and other helpers. Then a few days ago it was reset down to 2 each. So by playing I got up to 14 or so, now today I open it I’m at 2 again!! What’s going on? Why the reset on my helpers! Please fix this bug, I like to have the option of using a hint. **update: thank you for the reset on the hints. I appreciate you taking care of the problem! ❤️❤️

I had 100’s of switches, shuffles and hints etc in the bank, since I have been playing this game for YEARS. Today I open the game and it’s down to 3! What did you do? I would have given this 4-5 stars a week ago. WHY DO THESE GAMES KEEP MESSING AROUND? It’s not an improvement, and it’s not relaxing to be robbed of accumulated points! Q: Does anyone actually read reviews much less correct their errors or respond? Just pull the game outta beta test and change it whenever there’s an itch. 6/26/24: I received a notice that my boosters have been restored. Thank you for addressing this issue. I’ve had problems with another game (Wordle) updates that has really disrupted the format, multiple ads in the middle of every level and in between. I wrote to the creative team and never got a response or the issue addressed so again thank you for both, the response and for addressing the issue. Regarding Wordle, deleted for all devices.

Some of the levels, they pack so many items in, they’re barely 1/4 inch. That makes it extremely difficult to clear in the limited amount of time they allow. When ads start playing, that are asking me to accept cookies, that’s when it was time for me to delete this one, and find something else.

Update: Next time you are having a problem, fixing an update glitch, please just let us know that you’re working on it, and you won’t receive all the one stars and complaints you got. It seemed that we were being ignored, and all we needed to know was that you were working on it. Thank you. Love this game! Thank you for fixing the problem and restoring accumulated winnings. I will happily continue my subscription.

I used to love this game, but I feel like a playing a kindergartener’s game. The tiles are jumbo and there’s maybe a 1/6 as many tiles as there used to be in each puzzle. It’s not challenging anymore, therefore it’s not fun. Sorry but I had to change my review. Will probably delete the app as well..?

I had near 3,000 boosters in each group now gone!!! Good news! The support team were able to retrieve all my boosters..yea! I have been playing this game for years and while all the ads drive me crazy I keep coming back! Thanks!!

A week ago, this was my favorite game. But they changed it and removed my rewards, which I had over 3000 in all the categories. I no longer enjoy the game because you are very much limited to the number of rewards you can earn. I’ve deleted this game. Update: Rewards are back, HOWEVER the ads are so long, many are an entire minute and sometimes there will actually be 2 in a row. I expect ads and am okay with 1/2 minute, but 2 in a row and those that are a minute long is toooo much!

Been playing this game for several years and had accumulated hundreds of helpers (bomb detonaters, change puzzle, hints for matches..etc). Went to play last week and all my helpers were gone. Sent email to developers …. Crickets. Just asking where all my helpers went! Contacted developers regarding the loss of my “helpers” . Received a response as well as the return of all my “helpers” within a weeks time. Thank you for a successful resolution of my problem.

I have really loved playing this game. I would have given a better rating. But, I did the update but I HAVE NOT received all of my boosters.
