We have been using OnSpot Social for over a year now and could not imagine a world without it. We use it in 24 locations for regular email newsletter sign ups and special events. I have collected over 25,000 emails!The app is easy to use and understand. It saves me time by not having to enter paper forms and syncs directly with my email platform. I love that I can change the profiles remotely from my desktop. Their customer service is great as well. I've brought several suggestions to their attention and they are quick to react. I would highly encourage you to give it a try. Its a must have for businesses big or small.

What an awesome app to collect customer information on! We are a small business, that struggle like most to find an affordable, user friendly, app that offered tech support! We looked around and found on spot and have never turned back! Brooke from on spot has answered all of our questions promptly and is super easy to work with! We are now running 10 iPads in 5 different locations and collecting thousands of customer contacts. We love the user friendly back end, all of the reporting, and the ability to set up different venues! We highly recommend this app and On Spots technical services as well!

Easy to set up and customize

Great app that’s easy to set up and customize. Excellent screensaver feature to add some visual interest to attract passers-by. Very easy to set up the form fields to meet a variety of needs. Didn’t have problems with the app crashing and it is easy to lock the app in place so that visitors can’t use the iPad for personal browsing.

So sad this doesn't work!!

If this app worked it would be GOLDEN! But it does not! At all! I purchased this for 2 separate events and spend about $200 with almost zero results. I wasn't able to setup Facebook or Instagram at all and it was so slow and confusing that people just walked away.... At both events! It was embarrassing and such a huge let down! If I could capture all social followers quickly and easily at a trade show with thousands of people it would be a dream come true but it will not happen with this or any other app (I have searched far and wide)

I love the look of this app, and it works great. Very professional. Unfortunately, it is insanely expensive to actually collect e-mails. I wish I saw the value of $25/week, but I have better places to put my marketing dollars.
