Yes I should of read reviews or the one very critical one and yes I can confirm this is the most shocking site to play on they DO NOT stick to their own terms and conditions they say 12-48 hours to verify it’s now been over 72 hours and still not verified mine and after several chats one of their customer advisor said all my documents looked good and just needed the relevant department to sort out then the next customer advisor told me I need to upload my documents to enable my withdrawal (once verified) I’ve done everything asked of me but still banging my head against a brick wall trying to get my winnings they don’t have a problem with me depositing but there’s hell to pay to get my winnings so please avoid this site their chat is atrocious their email doesn’t work and now I’ve asked to complain they don’t even have a link to complain to (I’m sure the gaming commission will want to know about this) they’ve restricted my account it’s not a large amount but it’s my winnings they just will not hand over. So yes please avoid unless you love to be frustrated and sent running in circles
