Cannot login with error message "something went wrong" and confirm not my password issue (1. Error message would be "wrong login or password instead; 2. Can login webpage environment). Reported to onthelist and provide screencaps but they just keep asking me to reset password 🙄...

Can not login account after update the app!

I tried several times to shop but was unable to check out. Yet I could check out successfully in the website.

Cannot check out from cart by app and always display no order history in app. But able to check out and view all order history in website. Push notification also is not working.

I downloaded the app after getting into the store as i was told needing the app to scan for the after-discount prices. 1. The ‘forget password’ link was not working, i ended up using my friend’s phone to fix it. 2. After being able to access the app, the most crucial function ‘scanner’ doesn’t appear, the staff at the door claimed it was not the latest app, which in my view was ridiculous as i just downloaded it at the spot, how could it be an old version. I ended up left the shop as all i had was an upsetting and bad shopping experience.

So terrible that always can’t checkout.

Requires updating/downloading the app EVERY TIME I open the app.

This is the third version of OTL app I have. Some aspects are constant, like the app crashing each time I zoom in to look at a product, which requires me to start from the beginning and reset search filers and sorting. Some functionality is worse, especially inability to filter sold out products which was available in earlier versions. Product descriptions and sizing is all over the place. One size chart tells me the product is made in American sizes but the size chart provided is only in EU and Asian sizes?! Seems nobody checks this stuff. And some app bugs seem to be completely new… for example, each time I try to open the HK version of the app it asks me to update it. It brings me here to Apple Store each time, even though the app is already updated. A lot of time wasting and most good stuff is already sold out so buyer beware, I guess.

Added something to the cart but the cart remained empty

The app occasionally requires mandatory in-app update. Why? I have only seen this in gaming app. And you are forced to wait for it to complete the update. Very inefficient
