I’m already recharge my balance, but still detected that I don’t have any balance, it took a long time to activate until the apps finally detected my balance🤷🏻, are they didn’t care abt any bugs in their apps?, or they’re too lazy to fix that🤷🏻

Spotted alot of bugs..after recharge, it doesn’t show that it has balance on the phone number..

Why is this app so high maintenance? Like I literally have to update it every week?

I have to log in every time i use the app and it requires an update every week?!!!

App not working in ios 17.3 after updating to version 10.1.4

With the last update am unable to even use this app, previous app does allow account validity to be seen for prepaid numbers but now its not, as I do have my family number tied its easier to get that and to recharge, now have to check each number separate to get that, asked support and said they will inform devs and its almost 2 years since with no updates, and the last update OTP issues are there as error says OTP invalid till you try a few times. But as usual in where we are we don't have much of a choice rather use and keep complaining.

Slow app and functions doesn’t work

Caution, everyone! If you're using a prepaid SIM and activate add-ons through the app, your recharge validity won't be extended, which may lead to disconnection. When you reach out to customer service, they'll ask you to recharge again; otherwise, you won't be able to use the SIM, and your package might get canceled. I wonder why they're promoting app usage for add-ons.
