Pathetic excuse for an app. So unintuitive, requires you to delete the app if you change your number, lose your ability to pay your bills if you change your number, functionality is appalling. Setting it up is impossible. Why make things so difficult?

Some suggestions Allow the App to work with wifi so people can top up data using the app without having to buy a top up card Improve payment through the App as there are many glitches when paying through verified sites Allow people to look at payment history

It's like 95% of the time oops something went wrong the other 5% is good u really have to solve the crashing problem and after the latest update it’s worse than before 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
