Love this app!! I can view the homes without needing to wait on realtors and not needing to coordinate schedules! Save time and helps with the process of looking for home! 100% recommend this app if your in the market to buy!

If you have the app for your front door I suggest you get rid of it! Yesterday I gained access to a property I was looking at by the “owner.” While touring the property with the “owner” on the phone it become apparent that he did not own this home. I left and called the police who confirmed the man who let me in was not the owner!

Just recently moved to Texas and was in the market to rent a home. I was low enough to look through other means and came across a property owned by opendoor as someone was trying to rent it out. The app instructed me on what to do directing me to a representative who took down the information and made sure it won’t happen again. Thank you so much for being so detailed in the app and when it’s time for me to buy a home, you’ll be my first stop where ever I am!

I tried to use Opendoor for an open house in Colorado Springs. Unfortunately after creating an account and downloading the app, the QR code didn’t work and I had the misfortune of calling in to speak with a rep. We were stuck outside in the heat, the rep wanted my phone number and would not explain why, i asked if I could not share my number because I didn’t want any sales and he became rude and condescending. After thanking me in an exasperated tone, I finally hung up and decided not to view the house. Worst customer service experience of the last year.

Collects a lot of personal info to tour a house and then won’t let you scan your ID to tour. Complete waste of our time. We won’t be using their service.
